Responsibilities
Build interactive WebAR experiences using Three.js , A-Frame , WebXR Device API , and/or platforms like Zapworks or Blippar
Optimize 3D scenes for mobile browser performance (load time, frame rate, cross-device compatibility)
Integrate 3D models, textures, and animations into AR scenes
Implement QR code and marker-based AR triggers
Configure analytics to track engagement and session metrics
Test across iOS Safari and Android Chrome for consistent experiences
Participate in discovery sessions to scope technical feasibility and recommend best-fit approaches
Qualification
Required
2+ years building WebAR experiences (not traditional web development or native-only AR)
Strong portfolio showcasing 2–3 shipped WebAR or interactive browser-based AR projects
Proficiency in JavaScript, Three.js, HTML5, and WebGL fundamentals
Experience with at least one WebAR platform (Zapworks, Blippar, AR.js, or WebXR API)
Strong understanding of 3D asset optimization:
Draco compression
KTX2 textures
glTF / GLB pipeline
Experience with mobile browser performance tuning and cross-browser testing
Preferred
Experience with print-to-digital or QR-triggered campaigns
Familiarity with React Three Fiber or TypeScript
Background in brand activation or experiential marketing
USDZ export experience (Apple AR Quick Look)
