Responsibilities
Oversee service quality, maintain regular contact with individuals served and their support networks, manage support plans, and address complaints
Ensure programs meet licensure and certification standards and conduct evaluations and audits
Ensure programs meet financial targets, manage budgets, and address financial needs
Collaborate on budget development and manage accounts receivable and expenditures
Supervise program managers, oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations, and manage staff schedules and payroll
Ensure the maintenance and safety of facilities, comply with regulatory standards, and manage risk
Promote the organization's mission and values, represent the organization professionally, and participate in work groups and committees
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree in a related field
Experience in developing and implementing individual programs
Experience in budget implementation
Experience in supervising others
Good decision-making skills
Good time management skills
Good communication skills (both spoken and written)
Responsible, mature, and flexible
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a variety of settings
