Support of IT Systems including all hardware and software

Analyzes current hardware and software to make recommendations

Participates in identifying, planning and deploying Fidelity’s IT needs

Provides IT support for daily operations

Area of study or major: Computer Science, MIS Computer Engineering or related degree or 3-5 years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge

Knowledge of Windows based hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, cabling and other hardware and connectivity related products

General working knowledge of telecommunication systems

Knowledge of a Windows based network including active directory along with Microsoft and other software products

Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential

Strong training and customer service skills

Ability to work independently
