Responsibilities
Manage daily business operations activities including responding to emails and internal communications promptly and professionally
Support budget tracking and financial forecasting activities to ensure accurate reporting and planning
Monitor and manage purchase orders and open requisitions throughout their lifecycle
Coordinate team culture communication initiatives to foster engagement and alignment
Represent leadership in meetings when needed and provide comprehensive follow-up on action items
Track and report on active open roles and recruitment activities
Serve as a point of contact for operational pass-downs and day-to-day business requests
Maintain organized documentation and records of business management activities
Collaborate with administrative team members to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects
Support training coordination and operational requests as they arise
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of project management experience
Two to four years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Two to four years of experience using Copilot or AI-based productivity tools
Previous experience in a business manager or program operations role
Background in finance, project management, or related business operations field
Project management and coordination
Budget and financial management
Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and reporting
Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking
Copilot or other AI tools for productivity enhancement
Strong written and verbal communication
Organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
