Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred) supporting large-scale, distributed systems
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines enabling rapid, reliable delivery across microservices and APIs
Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Kubernetes, and related tooling to ensure consistency, repeatability, and security
Partner with engineering teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, security and performance across Identity Digital’s platform ecosystem
Build and maintain observability systems (logging, metrics, tracing) to ensure proactive detection and resolution of issues
Support identity, authentication, and certificate management workflows in collaboration with platform and security teams
Contribute to automation across deployment, testing, monitoring, and incident response
Participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous improvement of operational processes
Actively model and promote Identity Digital’s core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Deep experience with cloud-native architectures and services (AWS/GCP preferred)
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern infrastructure-as-code practices
Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar)
Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry)
Solid understanding of security best practices, PKI, secrets management, and certificate workflows
Understanding of Agentic AI development principles and security best practices
Experience supporting microservices architectures and distributed systems
Ability to work effectively across time zones as part of a global organization
Ability to travel as needed
Reliable transportation to the workplace
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Preferred
Familiarity with DNS, DNSSEC, and certificate authorities is a plus
