Assist with multi-million dollar development deals by conducting all due diligence pre and post-contract for targeted properties and lots
Meet with state, county, and city officials and engineers to gather all governmental regulations to ensure compliance
Maintain all due diligence materials
Underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree
1 year of relevant experience
