Lead development of software solutions and plan technical approaches to meet business requirements
Oversee small projects or features end-to-end, from design to production
Participate in Proof of Concepts and evaluate emerging technologies
Enhance and support APIs, ensuring smooth deployment from development to production

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
Extensive experience as a Software Engineer or Technology Lead
Experience in digital payments (P2P, disbursement, or related domains)
