Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Design, build, and ship product-critical features—from backend Voice AI logic to high-latency frontend user experiences
Iterate with Purpose: Use direct customer feedback to refine real-time AI-driven workflows, scheduling engines, and data systems
Solve High-Stakes Problems: Build systems that automate scheduling and dispatching for massive multi-channel operations
Scale Everything: Contribute to an engineering culture that values testing, reliability, and "ruthless prioritization" of impact
Qualification
Required
2–8 Years of experience (Full-Stack / Product focus)
Strong full-stack background and a 'product-first' mindset
Strong grasp of LLMs, AI-assisted systems, or building agents
Degree from a top-tier institution or a portfolio of standout projects/internships
Thrive in a high-energy, in-person collaborative environment (In-office 5 days a week in NYC)
