Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technology contact for assigned implementation projects
Manage integration efforts from intake through site readiness and compliance approval
Maintain implementation SLAs (2-day intake review, 5-day implementation package delivery)
Monitor projects daily to ensure no delays or missed tasks
Escalate issues using a structured 3-step escalation process when needed
Manage and update Salesforce project steps to ensure accurate workflow routing
Review ETS OE Requests within 2 business days of 'Ready for ETS' status
Ensure required enrollment fields (e.g., Enrollment Platform Ready Date) are completed and accurate
Document case-specific technology notes in Salesforce Chatter
Create and deliver Implementation Packages (IP) for new and change projects
Build and communicate detailed product specifications to platform vendors
Maintain knowledge of file specifications
Upload all required documentation to Salesforce and shared case folders
Conduct peer reviews and coordinate additional reviews when applicable
Perform initial QA review prior to submission to QA and Actuary teams
Coordinate approvals from Compliance and Actuary as required
Resolve QA issues and ensure required Salesforce fields are completed accurately
Verify certification requirements for applicable products
Set up and troubleshoot SFTP file transfers for new routines
Coordinate test file handoffs and track file status in Salesforce
Ensure successful transition from test files to production files
Act as an internal consultant for enrollment and implementation-related issues
Partner with Service, Sales, Compliance, QA, and Actuary teams to resolve case-level issues
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation within team systems
Respond to all emails within 1 business day (including redirects when necessary)
Provide status updates and reporting within required timeframes
Proactively manage timelines and escalate when projects stall
Maintain accurate documentation across Salesforce and internal systems

Qualification

Salesforce ExperienceMicrosoft Office ProficiencyCommunication Skills

Required

Salesforce Experience – Hands-on experience managing workflows, case documentation, reporting, and system updates (2+ years preferred)
Microsoft Office Proficiency – Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and reporting tools
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners with clear, professional written and verbal communication
