Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
Build cloud‑native and serverless solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS, DynamoDB, and more
Lead the development of microservices and API‑driven architectures
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions , etc
Drive performance tuning, optimization, and system scalability initiatives
Mentor junior engineers and participate in architectural reviews
Ensure adherence to cloud security and compliance best practices
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in software development
Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and backend engineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, API Gateway)
Extensive experience building RESTful services, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
Strong background in DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with Git and modern build tools (Maven/Gradle)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
