Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Data Cloud for the TSE platform
Define data models, harmonization strategy, identity resolution, and calculated insights
Design and oversee Customer 360 and unified data platform architecture
Drive integrations between Data Cloud and other systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL/ELT pipelines
Work on AI/ML use cases using Agentforce, Einstein Studio, Model Builder, RAG-based retrievers, and external LLMs
Design scalable, secure, and governed data architectures (MDM, security, compliance, data quality)
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on platform design and roadmap
Align architecture decisions with enterprise-scale and multi-cloud patterns (AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
Provide technical guidance and review designs across the data and Salesforce ecosystem
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Strong experience with data models, harmonization, identity resolution
Calculated insights, DLOs, segmentation, DQL
Proven experience working as a Data Cloud Architect, not just a developer or configurator
Experience designing Customer 360 / CDP / unified data platforms
Hands-on or architecture-level experience with Agentforce
Einstein Studio / Model Builder
RAG-based retrievers and/or external LLM integrations
Solid background in data architecture and governance: MDM, data modeling, data security, compliance
Data lake / data warehouse concepts
Experience with integrations: APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, MuleSoft
Event-driven and real-time integration patterns
Good understanding of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
Strong Salesforce platform knowledge: Apex, Lightning, Salesforce APIs
Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau (good to have)
Comfortable working with architects, engineers, and product teams to make platform-level decisions
Preferred
Healthcare domain experience
Experience working on large, enterprise-scale data platforms
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred)
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (at least one preferred)
