The role involves implementing and supporting patient workflows, leading system build and configuration, and collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Implement and support patient workflows within the Epic Beacon module

Lead and participate in system build, configuration, and enhancements

Support optimization initiatives to improve oncology workflows and system performance

Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with clinical teams

Provide go-live and post-go-live support as needed

Maintain documentation for build, workflows, and system changes

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
