Responsibilities
Training, mentoring, and supporting agile teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices (Scrum or Kanban as appropriate) to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements and Agile best practices
Coach team members on Scrum and Kanban frameworks, facilitating self-organization and encouraging ownership and accountability
Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and individuals, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Remove any impediments or roadblocks that may affect the team's ability to deliver
Schedule and facilitate Scrum/Kanban events, meetings, and decision-making processes
Monitor team progress and performance and help teams make improvements
Participate in Scrum of Scrums and communities of practice
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
Scrum Master Certification
3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams
Working knowledge of other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and their application is a plus
Experience with Agile project management tools and software development methodologies
Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build effective working relationships
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
