Mid LevelFlexon Technologies Talent360.ai is seeking a Jira Enterprise Tools Engineer to tackle both front-end and back-end technical challenges in a large-scale data-center environment. The role involves administering Jira instances, leading migration activities, troubleshooting issues, and integrating Jira with various tools while automating system administration tasks.

Responsibilities
Act as Jira Enterprise Tools Engineer with accountability for front-end and back-end technical challenges in a large-scale data-center environment
Administer Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud instances, handling configuration, upgrades, performance tuning and user management
Lead Jira Cloud preparation and migration activities for enterprise environments
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across Linux servers, Java applications and Oracle/SQL databases
Integrate Jira with GitHub and other Atlassian tools; build and maintain CI/CD toolchains using Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code
Automate system administration tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Shell and Groovy
Implement monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK to ensure availability, performance and security
Collaborate with development teams to develop, maintain and improve deployment processes
Provide customer support, communicating complex engineering initiatives to technical and non-technical users
Qualification
Required
