Responsibilities
Daily activities include provider data service, supporting data compliance and directory alignment within QNXT while handling tickets and cases coming in from providers
Proactively define, identify and recommend process enhancements or modifications to support business strategic goals
Meet and support established departments productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
Performing data compares and working with Large Data Sets
Following area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support
Attending required department trainings to support learning
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, formulas, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis
Strong analytical skills (writing, modifying, and interpreting queries)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Innovative mindset with a willingness to propose new ideas and solutions
