This role involves hands-on leadership across the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of ITSM implementations and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Leading ITIL-aligned process implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, CMDB, Service Level Management)
Managing detailed project plans, governance frameworks, stakeholder communication, and reporting cadence
Overseeing configuration, customization, integrations, testing (UAT), training, and hypercare support
Driving change management and user adoption across enterprise environments
Serving as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors
Qualification
Required
Seasoned ITSM Implementation Project Manager
Hands-on leadership across the full implementation lifecycle
Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end ITSM implementations using platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, or similar enterprise tools
Strong experience working within fixed-price or fixed-budget contract structures
Scope control, risk mitigation, and financial oversight
Leading ITIL-aligned process implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, CMDB, Service Level Management)
Managing detailed project plans, governance frameworks, stakeholder communication, and reporting cadence
Overseeing configuration, customization, integrations, testing (UAT), training, and hypercare support
Driving change management and user adoption across enterprise environments
Serving as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors
Strong communicator and delivery leader
