Responsibilities

Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors
Perform program-level strategic planning, interact with executive-level management, resolve complex issues, and demonstrate excellent communications and team-building skills
Manage groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements
Oversee project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels
Track and maintain progress reports across projects and ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with stakeholders to drive execution and accountability
Proactively escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or leadership to ensure timely resolution and maintain project momentum
Develop and manage detailed launch plans, track existing bugs and feedback items, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive them through to closure

Required

Project estimating, project scheduling and tracking, customer interaction and management, and implementation planning in large organizations
Proven people management and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and managing competing priorities
Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work effectively with business partners at different levels within the organization
Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications, products, and business functions
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
Experience with the software development lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
PMP or PMI certification

Preferred

MBA or other related advanced degree
