Responsibilities
Onsite Lead/Architect that manages the offshore Engineer and experienced Engineer team
Provide direction and guidance to the offshore team
Define end-to-end architecture for multi-agent systems, utilizing Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and agent frameworks to enhance business workflows
Design and implement solutions bridging frontend applications with backend AI services, data lakes, and APIs, utilizing Python/TypeScript and Azure PaaS
Lead cross-functional teams in developing Responsible AI and governance frameworks, including PII protection and model auditing
Qualification
Required
Client facing role requiring sharp communication skills and ability to represent as an advisor to stakeholders
Experience managing offshore engineering teams
Ability to provide direction and guidance to teams
Experience defining end-to-end architecture for multi-agent systems
Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and agent frameworks
Experience designing and implementing solutions that bridge frontend applications with backend AI services, data lakes, and APIs
Proficiency in Python/TypeScript and Azure PaaS
Experience leading cross-functional teams in developing Responsible AI and governance frameworks
Knowledge of PII protection and model auditing
