Responsibilities
Produce detailed and accurate commercial construction drawings using Autodesk Revit
Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency across disciplines
Interpret design concepts and translate them into high-quality technical drawings
Incorporate redline markups and revisions efficiently and accurately
Ensure all drawings comply with Florida building codes and commercial construction standards
Participate in project coordination meetings as needed
Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all project phases
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of professional Revit drafting experience
Proven Commercial project experience is required (office buildings, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Strong knowledge of commercial construction detailing and documentation standards
Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
