Responsibilities
Planning: Develop specific work plans for erecting or demolishing structural steel bridges and sign structures. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Design Coordination: Collaborate with structural design teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and requirements
Technical Support: Provide engineering support during the construction phase, addressing technical issues and resolving on-site issues related to structural steel fabrication and erection
Document Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. Ensure all project changes are documented and communicated effectively
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and resource utilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in structural steel work for heavy civil construction projects
Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
