They are seeking a Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst responsible for managing rate lock activity, ensuring pricing accuracy, and handling investor lock processes while maintaining compliance with internal policies and TRID requirements.

Responsibilities
Enforce and execute Lock Desk policies and procedures consistently across all loan files
Assist Loan Officers with rate lock maintenance, re-pricing requests, extensions, and general lock inquiries
Monitor, track, and reconcile Best Effort rate locks with investors
Confirm loan pricing accuracy, margins, and overall profitability
Perform systematic and accurate data entry for all lock requests, re-prices, and extensions
Act as the primary escalation point for lock-related issues and pricing discrepancies
Process Change of Circumstances (COCs), loan concessions, lock scrubs, and lock extensions
Monitor shared Lock Desk and Operations email inboxes and complete work within established SLAs
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Sales Team to ensure lock terms and pricing remain compliant
Review and validate fee accuracy and assist with file structure for outbound disclosures
Monitor pipeline reports for lock expirations and extensions as needed
Partner with Operations and Technology teams to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for workflow improvement
Coach, train, and support newly onboarded team members on lock desk processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
2+ years of Mortgage LOS experience
Hands-on experience with lender platforms, rate sheets, and lock policies
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
General knowledge of financial markets and interest rate movement
Solid understanding of TRID guidelines and disclosure timing requirements
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred
