Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines
Integrate multiple structured and unstructured data sources
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance
Structure and organize large datasets for scalability and efficiency
Build and maintain marketing data tables supporting millions of advertisers
Optimize storage and retrieval performance for analytical workloads
Partner with marketing science, analytics, and engineering teams
Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
Act on feedback quickly to improve systems and processes
Serve as subject matter expert for marketing and advertising data
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
Support data-driven experimentation and performance measurement

Required

Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines and infrastructure
Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) and SQL
Experience handling large-scale datasets (millions of rows or more)
Experience designing scalable data models and performance-optimized tables
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with marketing analytics, advertising data, or customer lifecycle management systems
Familiarity with CRM data structures and marketing performance signals
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Exposure to distributed data processing systems or cloud-based platforms
