Responsibilities
Ensure data is clean, standardized, and usable for impactful analyses
Validate and audit datasets for completeness and accuracy
Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve data issues
Develop processes and coding for data classification and workflow improvements
Support QC of data visualizations and reporting for programmatic decisions
Clean large datasets efficiently to support ongoing initiatives
Qualification
Required
General knowledge of SQL, R, Python, Excel, and related analytics toolsets
Ability to work autonomously, think analytically, and anticipate data issues
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
Master's degree in Public/Business Administration or equivalent + 4 years' relevant experience (2 years supervisory/admin) OR
Bachelor's degree + 5 years' experience (3 years supervisory/admin) OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
