They are seeking an Engineering Support Specialist who will be responsible for developing sales quotations, tracking order progress, and supporting customers and sales teams with order issues and specifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare sales quotations for sales organization
Enter orders
Advise and support sales and customers in the selection of the correct equipment for specific applications
Communicate with salesforce and customers
Investigate problem orders and provide improvement suggestions
Relay confirmed ship dates to sales and customers
Help in the development of sales tools
Provide input on sales quotations for customers
Track order progress and resolve order issues

Required

Should be able to work with multiple projects (multi-task) in a specialty product environment
Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings to quote properly
Ability to review and understand preinspection reports for quoting screw rebuilds
Proficiency in the use of PC based applications, including Microsoft Office
Computer Literate

Mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform well in strenuous and high-pressure settings
High energy/drive for successful completion of tasks
Careful attention to detail

Preferred

1-2+ years of related experience or equivalent years of experience and training
Combination of education and experience as described above
Associates Degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering
