Marketing Program Manager

The role involves planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing trade shows, and optimizing CRM and marketing automation tools to support sales pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and paid media
Create messaging and content aligned with brand strategy and target buyer personas
Partner with leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
Plan and manage all aspects of trade shows and events (strategy, logistics, promotions, and follow-up)
Coordinate event messaging, collateral, lead capture, and ROI measurement
Support pre-event outreach and post-event lead nurturing with sales teams
Build lead generation programs including email campaigns, landing pages, and gated content
Manage the lead lifecycle from MQL to SQL
Optimize campaigns using KPIs such as conversion rate, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution
Manage campaigns, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting within the CRM
Maintain data integrity between marketing and sales pipelines
Build dashboards to track marketing effectiveness and ROI
Manage SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and leads
Plan and optimize PPC and paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.)
Analyze performance data and continuously improve results through testing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, demand generation, or integrated marketing
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Proven trade show management experience
Strong understanding of SEO and paid advertising
Experience using data and analytics to guide decisions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Trade Show: 2 years (Required)
Integrated marketing: 3 years (Required)
CRM software: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
B2B marketing experience (industrial, manufacturing, SaaS, or technical products)
Experience partnering closely with sales teams
Familiarity with marketing attribution and pipeline reporting
Strong project management skills
