This role involves supporting the full lifecycle of ML models, including development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization, while collaborating closely with data science and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Work closely with data science teams to operationalize ML and AI models
Build and maintain scalable, secure ML pipelines and platforms
Support deployment, monitoring, versioning, and optimization of ML models
Collaborate with onsite and offshore engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ML pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and platform standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or
Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
5–10+ years of experience in software engineering, MLOps, or ML platform engineering
Strong experience working with machine learning models in production environments
Proficiency in Python, GoLang, or Java
Cloud experience required (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, distributed team environment
Experience designing and supporting ML pipelines and model lifecycle management
Cloud-based development and deployment on AWS or Azure
CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling
Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Experience supporting or integrating LLM agents and AI-driven systems
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across engineering and data science teams
Comfortable operating without close supervision
Preferred
Kubernetes-based deployments
Observability tools such as Langfuse
Analytics/datastores such as ClickHouse
Exposure to MLOps frameworks such as MLflow or Kubeflow
