Simulation Engineer
Confidential Company is a diversified manufacturing organization seeking a Simulation Engineer to support operational improvement initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process capabilities, quality, and profitability through the development and implementation of methods, processes, and equipment solutions.

Responsibilities
Analyze current processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
Utilize simulation software to model proposed process changes and predict outcomes
Design and implement process improvements with consideration to cost, safety, and efficiency
Collaborate with operations leaders, engineering teams, and quality personnel to validate feasibility and impact
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and technical documentation to define requirements and solutions
Build process simulation models to optimize throughput and efficiency
Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility
Integrate system components into fully functional manufacturing solutions
Develop verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Document, maintain, and support system functionality
Support system deployment and evaluate end-user feedback for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer, Simulation Engineer, or similar role
Experience designing and implementing simulation models
Proficiency with design and simulation tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, Visual Components, or similar platforms
Experience with data analysis and statistical methodologies
Ability to develop and document technical requirements and specifications
