Responsibilities
Lead and develop multi‑location teams
Build a culture of accountability and service excellence
Oversee daily workplace and office service delivery
Manage workflows, vendor performance, and invoicing
Ensure standards, policies, and service quality are met
Improve processes and operational efficiency
Assist with space planning, maintenance coordination, and equipment upkeep
Support renovations, moves, and workplace changes
Maintain records, reporting, and compliance requirements
Track budgets, KPIs, and service levels
Identify cost‑savings and productivity improvements
Partner with internal teams and clients to understand needs
Ensure a strong front‑of‑house customer experience
Recommend service and process improvements
Support portfolio planning, occupancy strategy, and workplace technology
Participate in vendor evaluations and contract governance
Contribute to sustainability and workplace experience programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years in workplace services, facilities, operations, or similar roles
Experience managing multi‑site or multi‑state environments
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Budget, vendor, and process‑optimization experience
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced service environment
