Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into ServiceNow functional specifications
Configure ServiceNow modules such as CSM/ITSM /Case Management based on process needs
Support UAT, document process flows, and ensure solution readiness for deployment
Collaborate with architects and developers to validate design and functional outcomes
Provide expertise on ServiceNow capabilities, platform features, and best practices
