Responsibilities
Manage the maintenance and carving of territories. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the annual planning cycle to ensure the sales organization is structured for success
Build and manage Operational Dashboards specifically designed for KPI validation. You will ensure our data is clean, accurate, and reflects the reality of the field
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal Salesforce tools and products. You will identify bugs and ensure all business requirements are met before internal deployment
Work with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for our product and project teams
Constantly audit our Territory Operations scope to identify ways to increase efficiency and elevate data integrity within Salesforce Sales Cloud
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Sales Operations or Data Analysis
Proficiency in Salesforce Territory Planning tools, such as ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) or SPM (Sales Performance Management)
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and a history of producing high-level KPI reports and operational insights
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Tableau or similar tools
Background in high-tech or financial sectors, particularly in fast-paced strategic planning environments
