Project Engineer - Cost Account Management

Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, aligning key tasks and milestones
Collaborate with engineering colleagues and financial sponsors to define quantifiable milestones
Plan and track tasks and milestones within an Integrated Master Schedule
Manage and lead teams to ensure progress
Utilize cost account tools to track financial resources and commitments
Develop tools to automate generation of reports
Standardize and integrate project reporting
Develop capacity models to ensure accurate forecasting
Collaborate with scientists and engineers to understand production workflows and data needs
Work in controlled areas, cleanrooms, laboratories etc
Develop fundamental understanding of crystal growth and epitaxial processes

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Experience in Engineering, Program, Project, and/or cost management

Experience in production environment and multi-disciplinary engineering environment
Fundamental knowledge of microelectronic fabrication
A motivated and self-starting individual who interacts well in a team environment that includes both company colleagues and customers
