Responsibilities
Develop, administer, and govern Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; partner with business teams to deliver solutions
Manage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID; ensure service health, reporting, and adoption
Build CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and integrate with Azure DevOps and GitHub
Build Copilot agents, integrate AI into workflows, and collaborate with Azure OpenAI teams
Mentor junior staff and support team leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years in systems engineering or administration with: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Power Platform development/admin
Azure or public cloud
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, source control
Scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) and REST APIs
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or Developer
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution
