Technology Support Technician

Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking a Technology Support Coordinator (Team Lead) to oversee the daily operations of a technical support team. Responsibilities

Manage daily team operations, including prioritizing support tasks, delegating work, monitoring workflows, and reporting trends
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer service–related issues and provide high‑level technical assistance to team members
Track and manage IT inventory for the assigned cost center
Partner with IT leadership to identify process improvements, implement workflow enhancements, and optimize user experience
Monitor, analyze, and update work processes to drive operational efficiency, while ensuring documentation and knowledge articles remain current
Collaborate with cross‑functional IT groups to ensure timely resolution of service tickets
Perform Quality Assurance reviews on customer incidents to ensure service level commitments are met
Coordinate and schedule audiovisual setups and video conferencing support
Travel to remote locations as necessary to provide onsite or field support
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred
Experience working within an enterprise IT environment preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and quality assurance
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience managing staff or technical projects
Experience using IT ticketing systems for managing support requests and tracking trends
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team
Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to perform effectively under pressure
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Knowledge of help desk processes and service management principles
Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, develop, and support team members
