Responsibilities
Create clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and marketing collateral
Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, originality, and relevance
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), marketing, and technical teams
Adapt writing style for executive, customer, and technical audiences
Edit and proofread content to maintain tone, grammar, and brand consistency
Design and develop professional customer-facing PowerPoint presentations
Translate complex business or technical information into structured, visually appealing slides
Ensure brand alignment and consistent visual storytelling
Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and visual aids
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or related field
3–7 years of experience in content writing or content development
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design expertise
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Strong storytelling and visual thinking skills
Knowledge of branding and content strategy principles
Excellent attention to detail and time management
