Solutions Design and Service Delivery Leader (Education MSP)
BlazerWorks is focused on providing managed services solutions for education clients, particularly in special education and instructional staffing. The Solutions Design Leader will collaborate with sales and operations teams to create scalable and compliant solutions that address workforce challenges and improve student outcomes.
Education Management
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to design customized MSP solutions for K–12 school districts and education agencies
Lead discovery sessions with district stakeholders to understand staffing challenges, service models, compliance requirements, and budget constraints
Develop end-to-end solution designs including workforce models, service delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and governance structures
Ensure solutions align with IDEA, state regulations, district policies, and best practices in special education staffing
Identify and report on key metrics and designing and delivering district business reviews
Support new business pursuits, RFPs, and renewals by developing solution narratives, pricing inputs, and operational models
Participate in client presentations, solution walk-throughs, and executive-level discussions
Clearly articulate the value proposition of MSP models, including cost containment, quality improvement, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure solutions are scalable, profitable, and operationally feasible
Work closely with Service Delivery and Implementation teams to transition designed solutions into execution
Define roles, workflows, and performance metrics to support successful program launch and ongoing operations
Identify risks and mitigation strategies within solution designs
Support continuous improvement by refining solution frameworks based on performance data and client feedback
Stay current on education staffing trends, special education policy changes, and MSP best practices
Contribute to the development of standard solution frameworks, playbooks, and templates
Identify opportunities to innovate service models, technology enablement, and workforce strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in education staffing, MSP, workforce solutions, consulting, or related fields
Strong understanding of K–12 education environments and special education staffing models
Proven experience designing and presenting complex solutions to senior stakeholders
Ability to translate client needs into operational and financial models
Preferred
Experience with education-focused MSP or VMS programs
Familiarity with IDEA, compliance requirements, and district procurement processes
Background in consulting, solution architecture, or strategic program design
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma)
