Human Resource Information System Manager
SPECTRAFOR is a leading healthcare organization seeking an experienced Product Manager for Human Capital & Time Management Applications. This role will manage the full lifecycle of enterprise HR systems, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with HR business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of HR technology platforms
Partner with HR leadership and executive stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives
Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, workforce management, credential tracking, and identity management systems
Drive application enhancements, integrations, and enterprise-wide improvements
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and integration engineers
Manage vendor relationships and participate in RFP processes
Present to executive leadership and large stakeholder groups
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, ITIL framework, and software delivery best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment (hospital/health system required)
5+ years of experience supporting and configuring HRIS systems
Hands-on experience with: Workday, Kronos / UKG, HealthStream
Experience with: Timekeeping & workforce scheduling systems, Credential tracking, Identity & access management (employees and non-employees)
3+ years managing leadership-level business relationships
Strong background in Agile methodologies and ITIL framework
Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise projects
Preferred
Remote work is acceptable (PST or CST strongly preferred)
Occasional onsite travel (2–4 times per year) may be required
