Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for MEP design deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely approvals
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders related to MEP design
Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with codes and standards through coordination
Serve as point of contact for MEP design issues with clients and internal teams
Participate in project meetings, presentations, and design coordination sessions
Track and document QA/QC process execution to ensure high-quality MEP design deliverables
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and energy-efficient MEP solutions
Qualification
Required
LEED accreditation and PMP certification required
Proven experience in MEP multi-family or residential projects
Advanced coordination knowledge in Revit MEP, AutoCAD
Basic familiarity with local building codes, energy codes, and applicable standards
Strong experience in construction coordination and clash resolution
Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam for document control
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and multi-disciplinary teams
Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship
Preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in project management experience, design oversight preferred
Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery is a plus
