The role involves supporting critical gas, chemical, and slurry distribution systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, focusing on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response.

Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot gas, chemical, and slurry distribution systems
Support 2,000+ pieces of semiconductor manufacturing equipment across 11 fab buildings
Perform gas cylinder and chemical drum change-outs
Ensure uninterrupted and safe supply of process chemicals and gases to production tools
Install, decommission, repair, and troubleshoot systems including:
EMD Electronics gas systems
Applied Energy Systems
Fuji liquid delivery systems
Air Liquide gas and chemical systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Lead complex technical troubleshooting as a subject matter expert (SME) when required
Promote and maintain a ZERO incident safety culture
Follow operating, maintenance, and emergency response procedures
Participate in Basic Safety Processes (BSP) and Quality Management Systems
Support emergency preparedness and response activities
Support sustaining operations and special projects
Assist with new equipment installations and process improvements
Maintain accurate documentation and system records
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience as: Equipment Technician
Experience as: Gas/Chemical Technician
Experience as: Industrial Mechanic
Experience as: Manufacturing Technician
Experience as: Production Technician
Background in: Semiconductor
Background in: Chemical processing
Background in: Oil & Gas
Background in: Power generation
Background in: Refinery
Background in: Wastewater treatment
Background in: Automotive or Biotech manufacturing
Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
Basic proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication skills
Military technical experience highly encouraged
