Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical BI solutions
Create clear, intuitive dashboards that balance business usability with technical rigor
Identify and troubleshoot data quality or logic issues that impact reporting
Design and maintain scalable Power BI data models that support enterprise reporting
Apply strong UI/UX principles to ensure reports are visually consistent, accessible, and easy to navigate
Build and optimize DAX measures, including time intelligence and more advanced calculations
Develop Power Query transformations to stage, cleanse, and shape data efficiently
Apply and help evolve governance standards (security, deployment pipelines, certified datasets)
Collaborate with other BI developers through reviews and shared best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3–5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
Strong hands-on Power BI experience (semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query)
Comfort working with SQL and enterprise data sources
Experience supporting production BI content with a focus on reliability and performance
Ability to communicate trade-offs, assumptions, and definitions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
