Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and emails from merchants and provide friendly, solution-focused support
Troubleshoot account and technical issues while managing support tickets
Use an internal CRM system to track and document cases
Communicate clearly and professionally while actively listening to merchant needs
Learn new tools, systems, and processes in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates or candidates with customer-facing experience (restaurant, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Organized, adaptable, and able to problem-solve under pressure
Motivated to grow and build a long-term career
