System Engineers are expected to have excellent technical expertise

Integrate multiple applications and systems to streamline process workflows
Use diagrams to document software functionality

Communicate effectively when writing and/or contributing to end user instructions or manuals
Perform code reviews and provide feedback to your peers
Apply research and development techniques to progress product from an idea into production
Qualification
Required
Candidate shall have 1 year of experience leading requirements analysis/testing for systems engineering/data validation/development projects
Must have an active US government top secret clearance in order to be eligible. No exceptions
Ability to work with customer/business owners to gather and develop functional data, performance, system, security requirements
Experience in understanding business intelligence systems ETL development, and warehouse/relational database concepts, including industry best practices
Experience conducting demonstrations and briefings to show incremental progress
Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on complex technical topics and effectively communicating details with all levels of management
Ability to execute document and provide guidance on unit test plans, test data, and test results
Preferred
Experience developing or using Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) or similar Business Intelligence Platforms
Experience testing or troubleshooting relational databases with SQL
Experience with data analysis
