Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the connective tissue between clients, our internal delivery teams, and the Product/Engineering teams. Translate complex client compliance frameworks, technical program details, and business needs into clear, actionable technical plans and internal deliverables
Convert complex client needs, compliance and high-level business goals into clear, actionable technical specifications and internal execution plans
Partner with enterprise clients as a trusted advisor, providing regular updates, highlighting measurable value, and proactively identifying potential risks or opportunities related to the technical delivery
Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and enhance project management workflows through automation or integration solutions, thereby reducing manual overhead. Document knowledge in internal solution articles to promote operational scalability
Although this is an individual contributor role, you will need to be a leader and coach to project teams. You will coordinate and manage diverse projects leveraging cross-functional teams. Ensure daily clarity on program requirements, quality standards, priorities, and deliverables, driving accountability through skills of influence
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, utilizing your influence and skills to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are consistently met. Report technical issues and bugs via the ticketing system and escalate them appropriately
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in a combination of Technical Program Management, Product Management, and Client/Account Leadership roles—preferably within UX Research, Market Research, SaaS, or high-tech sectors
Exceptional communication and influence skills, able to align and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority
Demonstrated success in managing multiple enterprise accounts or technical programs simultaneously
Proven executive-level reporting skills (e.g., EBR, MBR, QBR) are critical
Strong problem-solving instincts and operational discipline, with the ability to deconstruct complex processes into manageable components
Ability to seek and gain a high-level understanding of complex data, research needs, client compliance frameworks, and technical program details
Experience with JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools
A proactive, impact-driven mindset and the ability to turn ambiguity into action
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to support global teams and urgent, high-impact deliverables
Preferred
MBA or masters degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, or similar degree program
Experience working with a research agency delivering research for large clients
Experience with research operations and delivery managing multi-stage, longitudinal quantitative and qualitative research projects
Experience working for Fortune 50 tech companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, etc. or working with them as a vendor
Experience working for or with mid-stage startups in the 50-200 employee range
