Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into a comprehensive technical design
Design and build intuitive, user-friendly custom forms using SharePoint and Power Apps to capture, validate, and process data from SharePoint lists
Develop and implement complex, multi-stage approval workflows in Power Automate, incorporating advanced logic, parallel branches, conditions, and robust error handling
Create and publish dynamic, visually appealing reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time insights into workflow status and performance metrics
Configure and manage SharePoint Online lists, libraries, content types, and permissions to support automated workflows
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a high-quality, production-ready solutions
Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions, including workflows, forms, and reports
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, multi-stage approval workflows using Power Automate
Extensive hands-on experience building custom forms from scratch in Power Apps, including UI/UX design, data validation, and patching functions
Strong proficiency in Power BI for creating and publishing dynamic reports and dashboards sourced from SharePoint lists
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including lists, library architecture, permissions, and content types
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required
Microsoft AZ-900 or higher Azure certification
IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain)
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
Experience with data modeling and governance best practices
Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
