Senior Sales Engineer
Hankscraft Inc. is a leading specialty contract manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality product assembly solutions. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in both U.S. and Chinese markets
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly
Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or assembly sectors
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong understanding of the U.S. and Chinese manufacturing markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
