Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and fuse disconnects
Manage assigned work orders
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
Work in a team-oriented environment with other maintenance personnel
Communicate effectively up and down the chain of command
Work with computers, line drives, and PLCs
Understand and comply with all safety rules
Comprehend and use technical manuals and schematics
Organize work area, tools, and parts
Work with minimal supervision; manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying priorities

Qualification

Journeyman Electrician LicenseElectrical maintenance experienceAllen Bradley DrivesPLC programmingTroubleshooting skillsSafety Systems knowledgeComputer-based maintenance softwareInstrumentation sensors experienceAnalytical skills

Required

Journeyman Electrician License required (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
Subject to 24-hour call-out; must be able to work shifts and weekends as needed
Must be able to work the assigned shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, with flexibility based on business needs
Must be able to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and work in elevated areas
Knowledge of Safety Systems and their application/use
Minimum of five years of electrical maintenance experience in a plant setting
Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, relay logic, PLCs, and programming
Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters
Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting using remote HMI
Ability to work with computer-based maintenance software
Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
