Responsibilities
Write and troubleshoot both frontend and backend code
Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices
Collaborate to analyze user requirements and implement solutions
Work in-person at our office in Santa Ana, most of the time
Learn Ruby on Rails to contribute our web backend
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Javascript and front-end technologies like ReactJS
Implement designs from wireframes with HTML and CSS
Familiarity with source control tools like git
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Willing to learn new languages and technologies quickly
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
An eye for visual design
Understanding of web backend technologies, including the HTTP protocol and a server-side templating library
Familiarity with an SQL database
Experience with the Linux operating system and common tools like ssh
