Client Experience Manager
Shapiro is a company focused on sustainability and responsible recycling, seeking a Client Experience Manager to manage and grow manufacturing client relationships in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The role involves working closely with manufacturers to strengthen partnerships, identify new opportunities, and design recycling programs that create economic value and environmental impact.
Responsibilities
Strengthen and grow relationships with manufacturing clients across the region. Identify new business opportunities with companies that value responsible recycling and operational efficiency
Understand each client’s goals and operations to recommend recycling solutions that create environmental and economic value
Represent our Client Experience team with professionalism, sound judgment, and thoughtful independence, always being relationship-minded
Maintain a regular presence at client sites to build trust, solve problems, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of industrial metals recycling, including ferrous and/or nonferrous materials
Experience in manufacturing, metals, machining, industrial services, or a closely related field
Ability to engage confidently in technical conversations on shop floors and in executive meetings
Business judgment to make informed, independent decisions in client-facing situations
3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, operations, or client-facing roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong relationship-building skills grounded in technical credibility
Clear, confident communication across all levels of an organization
Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continuously learn and improve
Valid driver's license
