Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing, Retail Sales, and Business stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and define analytics strategies
Design and implement analytics solutions for lead generation, customer acquisition, personalization, and omni-channel engagement
Apply advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to drive measurable business outcomes
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and data models to track KPIs and performance trends
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns and customer journeys
Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
Mentor analysts and promote a strong data-driven culture across teams
Own end-to-end solution delivery including analytics, reporting, and backlog prioritization
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Python (pandas, numpy) and SQL
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience in data modeling, data engineering, and large dataset analysis
Strong background in predictive analytics, customer analytics, or marketing/growth analytics
Experience applying AI/ML models to real business problems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related field
Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field
Preferred
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
Financial Services / Banking / Fintech experience preferred
Experience in customer acquisition, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation
