As a Creative Director within the Brand Innovation Lab, you will lead custom campaigns from creative brief to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns that focus on customer experience and maintain high creative standards.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Sr. Creative Director to align on creative vision and strategic direction
Oversee campaign concept development and execution, leading creative direction for video-first initiatives within production and IP constraints
Partner with Art Directors, Copywriters, Solutions Managers, and Producers to develop customer-focused creative solutions
Oversee and write a variety of compelling copy and messaging that flexes across full canvas
Oversee and write video scripts for various content formats—from :60s to clients website pages
Own the creative arm of specific client relationships, presenting creative concepts and copy solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners
Use strong visual eye to give feedback and raise the visual bar on all creative materials
Present frequently, and build relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners
Contribute to the development and documentation of creative and writing processes
Maintain consistent creative excellence while managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines. Ensure all deliverables maintain the highest standards of creative quality while meeting business objectives
