Responsibilities

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred
Possessing broad consulting and advisory abilities
Being skillful in strategic analysis and design
Adept in project and change management methodologies
Demonstrating exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Leading and mentoring teams
Exhibiting experience in HR technology design and enhancement
Possessing competent abilities in data analysis and visualization tools
